Vehicle recovery detailsCheshunt and Waltham Cross sit at the southern end of the area we cover, where the A10 meets the M25 at junction 25. They're about sixteen miles from our base, and we cover them 24 hours a day, including the M25 between junctions 25 and 27.
Whether you've broken down on the A10, got a flat on the M25 or come back to a flat battery at the station, call us. You'll get a price on the phone before we set off.
Tell us what's happened and where you are. We'll open WhatsApp with everything filled in, ready to send.
The M25 between junctions 23 and 27 is a smart motorway with no permanent hard shoulder, so breaking down here needs extra care. If you can, leave at the next junction or stop in an emergency area: they're marked with orange road surface and blue SOS signs. If you're stuck in a live lane and can't get out safely, stay in the vehicle with your seatbelt on and hazards on, and call 999 straight away. Once you're safe, call us.
The A10 is fast and busy, with the shopping parks and junctions bringing lots of traffic on and off. If you have a problem, try to get into a side road, a car park or a lay-by before you stop, and tell us which direction you were heading and the nearest junction or landmark.
